• Coach the activities to strengthen the school managerial processes

1. Strategic and operational planning
2. Quality assurance
3. Administration processes
4. Tracer studies

• Promote cooperation Poly - industries - expertise (partners)

1. Establishment of an industry network in the Poly-region
2. Internship management
3. Job placement
4. Knowledge and technology transfer
5. Workshop for development of occupational profiles, curricula and training methodologies
6. Regular events between the Poly and local industry
