1.  Processing operations to meet established processing and quality control standards for kiln & amp; coal mill section since blending silo to clinker silo, including coal mill.
2. Coordinates and integrates with CCR to ensure support in attaining output, productivity, and quality in kiln & coal mill section.
3. Ensures effective use of operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and to improve product quality in kiln & coal mill section.
